Revive Infusions & Wellness stands out as Roseburg’s only IV lounge, offering a range of services including IV Hydration and Nutrients, Nutrient Injections, medical weight loss, wellness coaching, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and aesthetics.
Chenelle, a native of Douglas County, is a former Army Medical professional and has spent the past 20 years as a healthcare practitioner. Throughout her career, she has observed the profound impact lifestyle choices have on health and vitality. More recently, she noted the growing frustration among people with the conventional medical model’s inability to effectively manage chronic diseases, coupled with the constant struggles of dealing with health insurance companies and corporate healthcare. The global pandemic only heightened these concerns, making people more anxious about their health than ever before.
These experiences inspired Chenelle to seek out more effective healthcare solutions. In 2021, her husband faced issues of brain fog and fatigue related to long COVID, and through his journey, they discovered the benefits of IV nutrient therapy. Working alongside Chenelle is Haley McCaskill, the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Revive Infusions & Wellness. Haley, a Certified Wellness Coach and Nutritionist, shares Chenelle’s passion for health and wellness. With experience ranging from a medical receptionist to a medical assistant, Haley’s enthusiasm for fitness and nutrition inspired her to help others optimize their wellness and lead their best lives. Together, they developed a fat-loss and metabolism-enhancing program combining semaglutide (Ozempic) or tirzepatide (Mounjaro) with wellness coaching to ensure sustainable results. Their program emphasizes adequate protein intake and strength training to optimize lean muscle mass, essential for metabolic function.
